Owen Arthur is a New York based costume technician & designer. From a young age they have had a passion for artistic creation. This has taken them on a journey through many artistic mediums. Their love for bringing things to life, be it words on a page or a designer’s sketch, led them to pursue a career in costumes. The have recently graduated from Purchase College’s Conservatory of Theater Arts, with a BFA in Theater Design and Technology, with concentrations in both Costume Technology & Design.
